What AI triage does NOT do
AI proposes, manager validates. No irreversible action automated, no quote sending, no contractor commitment, no closure without human validation.
No legal decision-making (final allocation, dispute, formal notice), left to manager's judgement.
No replacement of an expert in case of serious incident, AI notifies, human handles escalation.
